Vegan Pesto Pizza

What do you get when you take a pizza crust spread it with homemade vegan pesto, tomato sauce and add tons of veggies? A delicious dinner!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust store bought or homemade
  • 3-4 tbsp vegan pesto link to recipe in notes below
  • 3-4 tbsp tomato pizza sauce
  • LOTS toppings: chopping spinach, sliced mushrooms, red onion slices, artichoke hearts, zucchini slices, tomato slices, sundried tomato, olives (black, kalamata, green), broccoli, bell pepper, asparagus, pineapple tidbits, etc.. as many as you'd like!
  • garlic powder and Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Slice and dice and chop the toppings you'd like to have on your pizza.

  3. Spread vegan pesto on the crust, followed by the tomato pizza sauce.

  4. Start piling on the toppings.  Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

  5. Carefully transfer pizza to oven and bake about 10 minutes until crust is crispy brown. 

  6. Cut into slices and enjoy!
