Pumpkin Muffin in a Cup
These tasty little pumpkin muffins are quick and easy to make and perfect for breakfast or with your afternoon coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dash cinnamon
- dash allspice
- dash salt
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 100% pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 100% pure
- 1 tbsp almond milk or any plant milk
Instructions

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine dry ingredients in a coffee mug.

Stir in wet ingredients (pumpkin, maple syrup, and milk). Whisk with fork until the flour mixture is completely mixed in.

Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Eat it right out of the cup or run a knife around the edge to move to a plate. Enjoy!
