Garbanzo Lentil Masala

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion time saver: use frozen
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups lentils of your choice pre-cooked
- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans pre-cooked or use 1 can, no-salt, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup veggie broth
- 2 tsp garam masala spice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup spinach chopped
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
