Vegan Pesto
This recipe can be made with basil, spinach or other greens depending on what you have on hand. Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can white beans of your choice drain and rinse
- handful fresh basil or spinach or more!
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or Bragg's Aminos) to taste
- 1-2 tbsp tahini (omit for fat-free version)
- 1 tsp dried basil if using spinach

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (Vitamix recommended)

Blend on high until smooth.

Use on pizza, pasta or for a hummus base.
