Peach “Nice” Cream
Fresh, juicy peaches blended with frozen bananas makes the most delicious summer treat! Dairy-free and Gluten-free you will love this "nice" cream.
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas thaw slightly for easier blending
- 3-4 ripe peaches* diced
- 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup optional – if needed to add a bit more sweetness
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Break bananas into smaller pieces and place into blender. Pulse the blender to break-up the bananas slightly.

Dice your fresh, ripe peaches and add to slightly blended bananas. If you prefer to peel the peaches, follow the instructions in recipe notes below.

Add the maple syrup (if your peaches are not sweet enough) and vanilla extract.

Pulse and blend the ingredients. Stop occasionally to push the nice cream back down into the center of the blender as necessary. Continue blending until the mixture is nice and creamy.

Serve your nice cream right away for best results.
Recipe Notes
Peeling Peaches:
With a sharp knife, make an X on the bottom of each peach. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the peaches to the water for approx. 2 minutes. While they are boiling, place ice cubes in a large bowl and add cold water. Remove the peaches from the boiling water with a slotted spoon and immediately place them in the ice water to stop them from cooking further. Under running water, the peach skins will just slip off.
*You can substitute frozen peaches if fresh are not available. Use approximately 3 cups.
