Peach & Banana Oatmeal
When fresh peaches are in season, they are so delicious on your morning oatmeal!

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 fresh, ripe peach cut in chunks
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach chopped
Instructions

Stir oats into 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until the oats are still chewy, but not mushy.

While oatmeal is simmering, prepare the spinach and fruit

Place spinach in the bottom of your bowl.

Pour oatmeal over and cover with the fresh peaches and bananas. ENJOY!
