Easy Salad Dressing
This tangy, oil-free, plant-based salad dressing is easy to make and tastes delicious on salads and on fresh or steamed vegetables.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp mustard yellow or brown
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- raisins, cranberries and walnuts optional
Instructions

Pour all ingredients in a jar or bottle and shake until well mixed. Store in the refrigerator.
Recipe Notes
Anne loves to bring this to restaurants. She also adds some raisins or cranberries and walnuts in the little container with the dressing . . . the berries plump up and it’s delicious on salads.
