Chocolate Chia Pudding
This plant-based chocolate pudding is yummy stuff! The added chia seeds are not only what makes the pudding set, they are very good for you too!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chia seeds *see notes
- 3 cups almond milk or other plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
Instructions

Combine the chia seed with the cocoa powder in a mixing bowl and stir. Make sure there aren’t any little clumps of chia seeds.

Add remaining ingredients and using a whisk, blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until pudding sets (minimum 1 hour).
