Baked Garlic Lime Tortilla Chips

These garlic lime tortilla chips are thick and crunchy and super easy to make. Because they are baked, they are also low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 10 corn tortillas no oil added
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. F.

  2. Stack the tortillas and cut them into 4 piece pie-shaped pieces. 

  3. Spread tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and using a pastry brush or silicone brush, cover the chips with lime juice. Then sprinkle with garlic powder and salt (if desired). 

  4. Bake 10 minutes.  Flip the chips over and brush more lime juice, garlic and salt on each one.  Bake an additional 3-5 minutes, checking often so they don’t burn. 

  5. Serve with any dip, hummus or salsa.
