This dip is the perfect appetizer for a party or potluck. It's super easy to make and is always a crowd-pleaser! Serve with homemade or store bought tortilla chips or pita chips.
In an 8x8 inch glass baking dish (or something similar), spread the refried beans all across the bottom.
Add the corn and cover the beans evenly, pressing the corn into the beans slightly with a spatula.
Next spread the mashed yam over the corn.
Spoon fresh salsa over the yams.
Next comes the guacamole.
Sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes, and black olive slices. Top with chopped cilantro, if desired.
Optional - add sliced jalapeƱo on top with the olives for a spicier dip.
