If you love garlic, you'll love this spinach hummus! A quick, easy and healthy appetizer. It can also be spread on pita bread for a yummy lunch.
Place all ingredients except spinach in blender jar. Pulse and blend slightly, until garbanzo beans are mostly broken-up.
Add 1 cup packed full of baby spinach leaves. Give the blender a whirl until well combined. If you like creamier hummus, blend a little longer.
