This dairy-free, vegan ice cream is so easy to make. Thick and creamy, your entire family will love this yummy chocolate treat!
Chop frozen bananas into chunks and place in blender jar. Pulse a few times to break them up a bit.
Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) and blend until smooth.
Spoon into a freezer container and place in freezer 30-60 minutes until solid.
Option - you can't skip this step and eat it right away if you prefer a softer ice cream.
Frozen bananas - when bananas start to get too ripe, unpeel and place them on a sheet of parchment paper in the freezer. Once frozen store in a ziploc bag or other container. Save them up to make vegan ice cream!
