Made with pre-baked potatoes, these simple, oil-free, fried potatoes are yummy and filling. You can make them for breakfast or for any meal of the day.
Slice a large sweet onion and fry in skillet on medium high heat. As the onion begins to brown (but before it burns), sprinkle in a few tablespoons of water. This will help to caramelize the onion as it cooks even though you aren't using oil.
Chop pre-baked potatoes into chunks and add to cooked onion in the skillet.
Sprinkle with a dash or two of Bragg Aminos and fresh cracked pepper.
Serve with fresh salsa.
